School Creative Head (Class XI)

I was responsible for organizing intra-school competitions and assemblies, coordinating student participation, and managing logistical elements including scheduling and seating arrangements.

House Captain (Class V)

Early leadership role involving coordination within the house system and representation during school events.

Art Competitions and Participation

I have participated in multiple intra-school art competitions and secured awards in poster-making events, including first and third prizes at Confluence (Jaipuria School). Participated in ASISC state-level poster-making competitions and international painting competition.

Judging Engagement

I was invited to serve as a judge for the caricature competition conducted as part of the International Press segment at SHSMUN (Sheiling House School Model United Nations).

Beyond formal academics, I have consistently sought roles that required responsibility, coordination, and independent judgment. Whether through organizing institutional activities, participating in competitive artistic environments, or serving in evaluative capacities, these engagements reflect my inclination toward structured involvement rather than passive participation.

Toward Light
Acrylic on canvas | 2022

Created for a college Mental Health Awareness competition (First Prize), this work depicts a woman with scarred wings stepping out of darkness toward light. The spikes labeled anxiety and stress represent psychological wounds, while the movement toward light reflects recovery through awareness and support.

Floral Study (After a Reference Image)
Charcoal on paper | 2019

An early charcoal study based on a reference image, created while I was beginning formal training in art. I remain drawn to charcoal for its restraint — the way monochrome forces attention to texture, contrast, and structural detail.

White Still Life
Watercolor on paper | 2020

Created as part of formal training in “Drawing or Painting from Nature,” this observational study was completed during online instruction. I enjoy the challenge of realism — particularly the discipline required to render light, form, and texture as closely to life as possible.

Silent Threshold
Watercolor on paper | 2020

Painted from a reference of an old doorway in Kanpur, this work reflects my longstanding fascination with aging architecture. I am drawn to old structures as silent witnesses — carrying histories, conversations, and events without ever speaking of them.

A Thing of Beauty
Acrylic on canvas | 2021

Originally created for an international competition themed “A Thing of Beauty is a Joy Forever,” this work explores calm through balanced composition and color harmony. The piece later received First Prize at an inter-school Environmental Day competition (Jaipuria School).

Agnipareeksha (Based on an Existing Illustration) | 2022

Created as part of a college foundation course on the Ramayana and Mahabharata, this painting is based on an existing digital illustration of Sita’s trial by fire. My focus in recreating the image was on interpreting composure and strength — portraying fire not as suffering, but as a test of integrity and inner resilience.
